Modern Roofing was formed in Lanarkshire, Scotland by two of the present directors whom together have 35 years experience in the roofing industry. The company has expanded to a level where it can fill the need of most projects, but still retain the competitive pricing of a small contractor.

Modern Roofing operate in both the commercial and domestic markets with clients ranging from the NHS and large building contractors to home owners. Contracts have varied from home extensions, garage roofs and small roof repairs to large hotels and school campus projects. Modern Roofing make certain that even the smallest works on domestic dwellings are treated with the same consideration as our larger contracts.

Modern Roofing do not sub-contract projects to less qualified contractors, only directly employed tradesmen are utilised, which has resulted in a consistently high level of workmanship and quality. Our tradesmen receive ongoing training and are always up to date on any new innovations. Over the years Modern Roofing have built a core of tradesmen that are not only highly trained but friendly, helpful and customer focused.
